Please help: why is the letter "c" rendered as an "o"?

I have a website using Rubik. Some users report that the letter "c" is rendered as an "o" in Chrome. And it becomes a "c" when the page is zoomed in.

Does this have something to do with ClearType?

And any advice on how to avoid it?
