GCKUICastButton for iOS is not working from iOS 17.0 onwards

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app and tap on the GCKUICastButton.
2. The popup to display a nearby cast device will not appear.

Expected Result:
The popup to display the nearby chromecast devices should appear.

Actual result:
No popup appears for this.
