paper-tabs scrollToSelectedIfNeeded never triggers #65
Description
When should scrollToSelectedIfNeeded change the scrollLeft? On the 0.5 demo https://www.polymer-project.org/0.5/components/paper-tabs/demo.html#item3
Selecting a partially occluded paper-tab entry should change the scrollLeft so that the tab is fully visible. However it doesn't. Is this being fixed in the 0.8 version?
