Version 1.0 compatibility

I am trying to find an element that has a similar function like this in the Element Catalog of Polymer version 1.0. But I can't find any, then I Googled and found this. I wonder if this element will be compatible with Polymer version 1.0.

That should give you a lot of confidence in a Polymer:)
My guess 1.0 is not production ready since they are having so many challenges upgrading existing components.
