Looking for maintainer for osqp-cpp Bazel Module

Hi folks,

I am trying to add osqp-cpp MODULE support and adding to BCR - bazelbuild/bazel-central-registry#2134.
I'd be happy if the maintainer(s) of this project can be the maintainer for the BCR Module as well.
