Release rust libraries on crates.io?

Hey I'd like to use this in a rust project. But managing dependencies is kind of tricky without this being available on crates.io any chance someone could release a minijail crate. If you are setup with a crates.io account it should be as simple as;

cd rust/minijail-sys
cargo publish
cd ../minijail
cargo publish

Alternatively, you should be able to do

[patch.crates-io]
minijail = { git = "https://github.com/google/minijail" }

in your Cargo.toml, and then minijail will work, even as a transitive dependency

I don't think any of us have such accounts. If there was a GH action, that might move things along.
