Ugly translation: "Đang lấy tập tin 31 trên 66" and "32giây còn lại"

Found by install Gokien. At the end of the installation process, the installer will update its apt cache. These are the messages shown.

They should be retranslated as:

• Đang tải tập tin thứ 31 trên 66
• còn lại 32 giây

"translation error" is misleading. Use "bad translation" instead
