Aborting file operations in lf

Is there any configuration option or perhaps even default command to abort a file operation in lf?
Like when a large file is copied, there seems to be no way to abort it other then to kill lf

There is no such thing. Also, I highly recommend against killing lf during operations like this to avoid file corruption.

Actually killing lf directly was the original intention, see #390 (comment). Task management is a large feature that just isn't supported at all.

For convenience you can use map Q &kill "$id" as a shortcut for killing lf.
