[feature] Un-tabularize

Pardon me if this is way off base but would it be possible to have an "un-tabularize" command that goes the other way?

The use case here is to be able to

• tabularize the data
• make column level adjustments or edits where visual separation is super useful
• and then put the data back into the original format

Would be super useful for data cleaning and that sort of thing.

The repo wasn't updated for almost 3 years now. I think it's worth to restart the project by create a new plugin for neovim.
