Datetime, timestamp, time should support fraction precision #89

Hi,
MySQL allows to specify precision for datetime, timestamp and time for a fraction of seconds upto 6 precisions, see doc here: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/datetime.html.
Right now, fizz do nothing about size option.
I think that support this option is quite easy. I can help on PR.
