Offer a way to skip Time zone installation step

I am currently testing the current alpha GoboLinux release.

During the installation step there is a time zone setting entry,
an option that is, quite late during the installation step.

I believe this one should be optional, e. g. the ncurses (is it ncurses?)
interface should offer a "Skip" option where users do not have to
worry picking an option here.

I myself usually pick the time zone lateron automatically via scripts
anyway, so this option is not useful to have for me. I have to scroll
to the right option - or just select any other entry anyway. :)

Interesting! Which scripts do you use to set time zone automatically?

There's one implementation here: https://github.com/cdown/tzupdate
As long as we have internet connection at install time we can skip that dialog.
