Launches but stuck in a blank slide-show view

Long time user.
Currently MacOS 15.2 / Mac Studio (M1)
Any image file that used to launch PS now just opens it to a blank Slideshow view and the title of the window is Creevy.
App has not crashed as I can Cmd-Q it no problem.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled/rebooted/etc - same outcome, OS permissions are fine.

@sboutros Same here; no volumes load in the viewer regardless of what the starting directory is set to. Also get Creevy window title. MacOS 15.3 M1. You find any solutions?

Same issue M4 and M1 running 26.1

Downgrading to 1.4.7 seems to resolve.
