Add a list of bots built with the library #234
Description
Problem
Currently, there is no public list in the repository of bots that are created using this library. New users may not easily find real examples of bots made with the library, and current users do not have the opportunity to promote their work and develop the framework ecosystem.
Proposal
Create and maintain a special list in the repository (for example, in a README or a new BOTS.md file) of bots that were developed with this library.
Anyone can submit their Telegram bot to this list by providing:
- Short description.
- The bot's Telegram username or link
- The bot's GitHub repository (if available)
Before adding to the list by Pull Request, will be performed a basic verification that the bot actually uses the library.

Arguments
- Helps popularize the library by showing where it is used in practice.
- Gives users real bots they can explore as examples.
- The possibility of promoting bots created using the library.
- Motivates developers to contribute their own solutions and share use cases.
