Open file dialog not shown and arcs not drawn #1
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choosing menu file open does not show the open file dialog
2. arcs (G2/G3) are not handled
3. in general, the code is more alpha than beta
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open a file and handle arcs.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Intel iMac OS X 10.6.8 and python2.7
Please provide any additional information below.
