Pechkin on Windows Azure working bad

Hello, I have question about using pechkin on web project on Azure.

Problem is that PDF is working properly on my local machine, but when I published it to Azure i get pdf but instead of chars I have black boxes.

I was askin friend which is using that and he said he's done it as worker role service and from web app he's connecting to this worker and then he gets pdf correctly.

Should I do it the same way or it should work just in my App service too?

I am having exactly the same problem. Here is the most recent discussion I could find (still no real solution). If anyone else has better info please chime in.
