Documentation on the valleysV2 Config Variable #6

An explanation for what the valleysV2 config variable does would be greatly appreciated. There is no reference to it in this repo, and I haven't been able to find any candidates in a skim over the code. Does the variable actually do anything, or was this feature included in the latest release, but never pushed to remote? If you even just reply here I'll consider this resolved and post something in the discord thread and moddb page about it.
