When installing without Postgres, the installer asks for password and checks postres user

When installing without Postgres, the installer asks for password and checks the postres user. This is not necessary when postgres is not selected for installation.

The installer used is STDM-1.6 Final-x86_64_7.exe

That installer seems to be an old one, latest installer has added this check.

As you can see from the above post, it is the latest installer unless you have packaged newer than STDM-1.6 Final-x86_64_7.exe.
