Add Lake Snapping and Friends (associate points with lakes) #70
Description
Method: Buffer-then-snap-to-polygon
- Allow users to choose a buffer around the lake polygons, using a slides (distance in meters)
- Filter the points using those buffers
- Snap: Nearest distance to outline of lake (snap to polygons)
(We thought ofther methods such as snapping to centroids or snapping without filtering, but they make less sense.)
User Interface
This will be added in the upload and snap box, but the snapping will be below the upload and take the whole width of the box. Methods can be selected by tabs. (Later there will be more snapping methods - snapping to different strahler order, manual adjustment of snapped points etc. - and tabs are easily extensible.)
