UX improvement: make "select account" action explicit rather than implicit #201

the select account screen is a radio-button-like list where you click the id of the account in order to select it.
this is an example of implicit UI, where it's not absolutely clear to the user what happens and when, and decisions are made in ambiguity.
Describe the solution you'd like
couple of ways to make explicit:

in one click: add a button to each row, with a label which makes clear the action being taken

in two clicks: add radio button to each row, and a submission button at the top/bottom
