expose account and txn info in easily scrape-able and fetch-able ways

• GET params to return account id activity log as RSS
• GET param to return text containing account id current amount
• return as CSV for easy import into spreadsheets

eg right now you can't reasonably do an IMPORTXML and XPath statement to pull account balance b/c the markup is funky

slap a "balance" class on there or something, makes it dead simple
