Start flow for somebody else - remove this documentation

This option no longer exists in the dropdown of product feature nodes on the flow editor. But the documentation is still live. This could result in cases where a user query includes the answer using this feature, which is actually not possible to implement.

Found an issue on NGO support (linked here), where the discord bot used this documentation to provide a solution.

@tanuprasad530 Was thinking as one org used this feature and found it beneficial could we have a line added saying let us know if you want to enable this feature, rather deleting it.
