[FEATURE] Add ability to run via published docker image

Feature Description

The ability to run the mcp-server via a docker command.

Problem Statement

For users who don't have/know javascript/node it would be nice to be able to just run the server via a docker command.

Proposed Solution

Publish a docker image the just runs the mcp-server

Installing node/js

It took me a while to figure out that GLEAN_INSTANCE was just the name of my company. Adding docs to show how to find what that should be from the glean web ui would be helpful.

Impact

Would make it easier for folks not familiar with node to run the mcp-server

Nice. Hopefully those error messages make it up through the mcp callers. Will definitely make it easier for me to figure out next time. ;)
