False new version prompt

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to releases
2. Download and install gladius-0.7.2-windows-setup.exe [latest at the moment]
3. Run Gladius Node
4. See promt

Expected behavior
Show promt only if there is new release.
