Print() method throws error: can't find file (extra "\" in filename)

Load local file into web browser
Call Print() method

Instead of printing the current document, the control returns an error in a 
message box stating that it can't find the file in file:///C:/Users/(Current 
User)/AppData/Local//owstemp.html


I'm using 3.0.1.0023
