FontAwesome CDN

Need to remove: https://github.com/DBezemer/moodle-theme_essential/blob/master/lib.php#L37-L56 as now using non-CDN mechanism for FontAwesome delivery. However, need to also improve such that CDN delivery of the font is possible. I have some code for this in Shoehorn - need to separate out the font-face in the CSS and possibly other places.

Don't really see the need to support CDN delivery for FontAwesome given the way the Moodle delivery works. Hardly worth the effort in my opinion, and CDN will always be less reliable when working with Moodle due to environments that are on intranet.

I already removed it in my bulk commit I think, if I didn't then yes I think it should go
