[Request] Add Pickaxe Support

First off, I love this mod, I found it a few days ago and I've been building a bunch of stuff that wouldn't be possible without it.

Are there any plans to make it work with the pickaxe? I've been building a lot of harbors, and there's often an inconvenient rock or two in the way which I'd love to be able to remove.

Looking through the code, I think I see where you're declaring the hammer, hoe, cultivator, and other tools. I think I found the correct item names to get the pickaxe to work, so I'll see if I can get it to work and submit a pull request.
