Share what's actually working—not what you wish existed.

Manual workflows that work:

• Commit message conventions? (e.g., "task #GS-123: fix login bug")
• PR descriptions that reference GitScrum task URLs?
• End-of-day manual updates: code merged → task moved to Done?
• Just accepting they're separate and context-switching is fine?

Automation attempts:

• Using webhooks to update GitScrum when PRs merge?
• Scripts that parse Git logs and update task status via API?
• Third-party tools (Zapier/Make) connecting GitHub → GitScrum?
