Non-Traditional Teams: How Are You Using GitScrum Outside "Standard" Dev Shops?

GitScrum was built for dev teams. But not every team using it fits the "agency with clients" or "product company building software" mold.

If you're using GitScrum in a non-standard way, we want to hear about it.

Examples we're curious about:

• Internal IT teams supporting a larger company (not client work)
• Freelance collectives where everyone is independent but collaborates
• Non-profit/open-source projects with volunteer contributors
• Hybrid teams (mix of employees, contractors, offshore devs)
• Design/creative agencies adapting dev tools for non-code work
• Consulting firms managing research/strategy projects, not just software

What we want to know:

• How did you adapt GitScrum for your specific context?
• What features work surprisingly well for non-dev work?
• What's awkward or doesn't translate from software development?
• How do you explain GitScrum to team members who aren't technical?
