I don't see any changes with the plug-in enabled

Nothing happens to tabs after enabling the plugin and all its options. The existing plugin commands didn't give anything either. What should I do or see? Other plugins are installed: Advanced Tables, Embed Core File, Folder Note Core. Without them, nothing becomes clear.
