Failed to load plug-in obsidian-tabs

Obsidian 0.15.9
Obsidian-tabs 1.0.7

I actually need to click install twice. The first time shows successfully installed, but the install button still exists.
Then I click it again, and this time, I see I can Enable it. But "Failed to load plug-in obsidian-tabs" pops up.
When I restart the Obsidian, the obsidian-tabs plug-in shows not installed.

I don't know what to do. Thanks!
