wget 无法使用代理

通过浏览器可以连接到google.com。但是wget www.google.com或者
wget --execute="http_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:7890" https://www.google.com都不行。这需要作什么额外配置吗？Proxy Mode选Global会导致所有外网连接失效。
