Problem in sharing Azure Notebook with Public Access.

I have created an ML Project with the help of ML Studio for the FRT internship and the following feedback I got from the mentor, "The data analysis on the dataset is fine. Please use python notebook deployment on Azure Notebooks with public access and share that project URL" I am having a problem in sharing it with public access. Please help me with this
