Connect to active CLI sessions

Feedback from developer: When i review code, I just give copilot the line that I want changed and it finds the part that needs to be updated pretty much all the time but i see great value on being able to click and leave a comment like PR review comment on the terminal.
What i was thinking is being able to start the copilot diff tool with session id so I can send direct comments. I am not sure if something like this is already supported in the sdk.
