Move TemplateType above so it can be entered once. #4
Description
In majority of the case TemplateType will be fixed for a repo. From that perspective, we can move TemplateType above so it can be entered once and gets applied to all entries. Thoughts?
Not high priority now but we can discuss about this. At least we should make sure if we change any format in the config file then impact is minimal.
