Piechart does not render with single segment and no animation

Hi,
I have been using the chart for a while now and I think it is great!
Thanks so much for providing it :-)
I have come across one strange issue that I cannot identify.
When the data driving the pie chart is all the same, generating a single pie segment, but the animation is turned off, the pie chart does not render.
If two or more segments are generated, it renders fine both animated and non-animated.
Can anyone assist with this?

I found solution.
If you want piechart with a single segment, use code like this
$('.pie').drawPieChart([
{ title: "", value : 120, color: '#fff' }, // your segment
{ title: "", value : 360 - 120, color: 'transparent' }, // transparent other with no title
]);
