Expand list_of_repos.txt to include new RTC titles?

There are RTC covers for the following
- Ulysses (no GITenberg repo identified on spreadsheet)
- Bleak House: https://github.com/GITenberg/Bleak-House_1023
- Persuasion: https://github.com/GITenberg/Persuasion_105

but these three books are not currently in https://github.com/gitenberg-dev/Second-Folio/blob/master/list_of_repos.txt

Expand our list, (or at least for Bleak House, Persuasion)?
