Wallets adressses disappear when requesting money

Hi i am trying to claim a tip i got from a bounty i did and each time it loads the wallet address appears well but then afterwards before you finish filling the form it disappears.metamask didn’t have such an error though.could you kindly check on that.

what browser re you on? what web3 wallet? is it connected to gitcoin?

Okay i managed to use wallet connect and requested you so you sent me on my authereum adress though but i had connected my walet connect with my metamask.but so far wallet connect has worked

Am just having a challenge deploying my Authereum account to work so that i get the tip.this is what it shows.😬
