1.3 '/profile' User login

- [ ] ​​User enters ID to login 
- [ ] ​​Check in user database if they r there 
  - If there: lead to /profile/{meterId} 
  - Else: Redirect them back with error message 
- [ ] ​​Need: JSON test file with user info for testing, testing valid user, testing invalid user, '/profile/{meterId}' working for JSON test file ones (opt)
