Blink after minimize, and default settings.

If you minimize the window, after you open it again, the screen blinks for a while, goes full transparent, and then it renders and restore the settings again. But there's also an issue as well when it restores the settings, if you change it in any way, even after saving it, it seems to always restore it to the settings it loaded on Rider startup, and not the current settings.

Both issues happen regardless of the settings used, as long as it's enabled, it happens. It also only happens if you minimize the window, if you open another window on top of it, and then switch back to it, the transparency is still working normally.

Otherwise, very nice plugin, and the way it makes only the UI transparent but not the text is considerably impressive.
