Using fixed scroll pane breaks kinetic scrolling on mobile

Using the faux scroll pane for the content area inside the push container breaks native kinetic scrolling on mobile devices... may look into an addon to remedy this in mobile contexts

The trick might be to remove the fixed positioning until the menu is toggled on... need to test this
