CDAweb filter does not work properly with Python

Need to adjust the CDAweb filter to work properly with Python.

Need the following functionality:
1) When Python Changes the Properties, update the options as with using GUI
2) Provide List of Options to Python user via Properties
3) Generate the Request for data when the user calls Show()
