Support system without a package manager

Some systems does not include a package repository, like Solaris 10.
Additional parameters needs to be added to the module to support mentioned systems.

Source of package and instruction files if neccessary to automate the installation.

Check out http://docs.puppetlabs.com/references/stable/type.html#package for attributes to support. We can default them to undef and give people the option to set them.

Specifically, add provider and adminfile
