글 쓸 맛 난다. 초집중해서 쓰게 된다. 쓰면서 먹느라 완칼이 늦었는데 면이 처음 받은 상태 그대로다.
신비한 칼국수다. 여긴 따뜻한 물수건도 준다. 비즈니스 클래스 비행기를 탄 듯하다. 손님이 계속
들어온다. 주변 직장인들이 많이 온다. 대법원 종사하는 손님들은 모를 수 없는 듯하다. 사장님 말대로
신주쿠에 전라도를 더한 그 중간이다. 곳곳에 디테일이 있다. 체계가 잘 갖춰져 있다. 김치가 정갈하게
나옴. 신기하게 유니폼을 입으신다. 분명한 철학이 있다. 주방 안에는 물수건으로 쓸 수건이 가지런히
정리되어 있다. 그냥 물도 아니고 결명자 차다. 디테일에 끌린다. 오픈한지 10년인줄 알았는데
여쭤보니 30년 됐다고 하신다.

해초 칼국수가 메인이다. 우선 풍미가 아름답다. 국물이 시원하면서 멸치의 국물이 아주 입 속으로 쏙
들어온다. 면발은 쫄깃과 쫀득 중간이다. 한 입 먹고 김치 먹으면 최고의 조합이다. 배부른데 다 먹게
되는 신비한 칼국수다. 국물도 간간히 마셔주면 해장되는 기분까지 든다. 밥도 말아 먹으면 또 다른
메뉴가 탄생할 정도다. 여긴 정말 아는 사람 전부 데려오고 싶을 정도로 매력도 넘치는 곳이다. 나만
알고 싶은 류에 속한다.

특히 갓김치가 정말 최고다. 솔직히 미안하지만 우리 엄마 김치랑 신숙 김치 블라인드 테스트 하면
신숙을 선택할듯 하다. 밥 먹을 때 김치 없인 못 사는 성격이다보니 이 김치는 매일 먹고 싶은 맛이다.
김치 장사만 따로 하셔도 될 정도다. 먹기좋게 잘 익었고 먹음직스러운 사이즈다. 약간 묵은지처럼 신
맛도 있다. 빈대떡도 굉장히 담백하다. 같이 내어주시는 김치랑 같이 먹으면 속으로 와우 요놈봐라
하게 된다. 와우포인트가 있다. 여쭤보니 김치가 전라도식으로 만드셨다고 한다.
