노고가 보인다. 장인의 영혼이 깃든 빵집이다. 방배동 인적이 드문 곳에 있다. 호주식 커피와 다양한
베이커리 라인이 있다. 깔끔한 외부에 홀려 들어갔다. 안으로 들어가면 빵들이 하나씩 진열되어 있다.
빵 하나하나 파워가 있다. 직원분들은 모두 친절하다. 빵순이 빵돌이라면 한 번 들러야 한다. 주차는
4대 정도로 건물 옆에 가능하다. 운 좋게 한자리가 있었다. 동네 주민이 부러워지기 시작한다. 복받은
분들이다.

첫 번째 사진에 보이는 것이 바노피파이 대니쉬다. 반을 가르면 슬라이스 된 바나나가 하나둘씩
보인다. 마스카포네 크림이랑 안에 있는 크림이 기분 좋게 달달하니 매력적이다. 위에 살짝 올라간
초콜릿 가루도 잘 어울린다. 체리도 상큼하게 잘 익었고, 겹겹 쌓인 빵이랑 조화가 좋다. 까눌레도
속은 쫀득하고 적당히 바삭한 것이 아주 좋다. 살짝 얼렸다가 먹어도 시원하게 음미할 수 있다. 바닐라
향이 가득가득해서 좋다.

분위기도 전체적으로 평온하다. 운 좋으면 채광이 잘 들어오는 자리에 앉을 수 있다. 가운데에
큼지막한 쉐어 테이블이 놓여있다. 잠시 여행 온 기분도 있다. 먼 옛날 유럽 술집에 가면 있을법한
테이블인듯한 느낌이다. 쿠키도 그렇고 주문했던 것 다 맛있는 것 보니 확실히 다시 방문할 가치가
있는 곳이다.
