Expose test coverage in CI

Hi,

I noticed the repository already has a coverage script, but the result doesn’t seem to be exposed in CI.

Making it visible could help track regressions and identify areas where additional tests would be most valuable.

Would you be open to exposing coverage in CI, either directly in GitHub Actions and/or through an external service?

Happy to help with a small PR if useful.
