🐛 Bug: Closing Logs banner also closes Breadcrumb drawer

Steps to Reproduce

When the breadcrumb drawer is open, a "Logs" promotional banner appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Clicking the close (X) button on that banner also closes the breadcrumb drawer, which is unintended behavior.

1. Open any issue in Sentry and navigate to the Breadcrumbs section
2. Click "View All" to open the breadcrumb drawer
3. Notice the Logs promotional banner appearing in the bottom-right corner
4. Click the X button to dismiss the banner
5. The breadcrumb drawer closes along with the banner

Expected Result

Only the promotional banner should be dismissed. The breadcrumb drawer should remain open.

Actual Result

Both the banner and the breadcrumb drawer are closed simultaneously.
