Return Breadcrumbs Associated with Trace

In the Trace waterfall view in the Sentry UI, we can see breadcrumbs from the corresponding user session. It would be helpful to be able to pull breadcrumbs related to a trace via MCP. This would give user's additional context to feed to their agents when triaging perfromance issues.
