fix(test): Remove initNotThrowStrictMode test

This test validated that StrictMode with penaltyDeath() didn't crash
during SDK init. Since we removed the RuntimeManager that relaxed
StrictMode, this test is no longer applicable — the SDK no longer
attempts to suppress StrictMode violations.
