Link to OTel specification #210
Description
For attributes that also exist in OTel, it would be great to add a link to the respective documentation/specification. I noticed we're sometimes a bit off with our specification vs. OTel's (e.g. #208). Adding a link makes it easier to double-check in these cases and in general makes it easier to get to a more in-depth specification.
