Enable AKS usage with KubeLogin

### Summary

Users are struggling to use Seabird with AKS as it needs to use KubeLogin plugin

### Motivation

We need to enable people who use AKS to take the kube config with the kubelogin plugin

### Proposal

With instructions on how to do this, we will have more usage from Azure Kubernetes users.
